Fairy Tale Sculpture Garden
There’s a new sculpture garden on the Scheveningen boulevard. The sculptures are created by the American artist Tom Otterness. The garden and the sculptures form one work of art (fairy tale). The sculptures belong to the Museum Beelden aan Zee.
The sculptures are cute, I photographed a lot. So take a look, I’m sure you will enjoy it.

Exhibition: the weighty body - fat or thin, vanity or insanity
Last weekend I went to the Museum Boerhaave in Leiden. The Museum presents the exhibition Weighty Body. This exhibition has been shown last year in Gent (Belgium).
The exhibition is about how people deal with their own bodily appearance, it’s about the history of fasting, about the body aesthetics and eating disorders. The exhibition offers different materials, like prints, paintings and photographs.
Some things have really impressed me, like the paintings of Vanessa Beecroft and Elise Warriner.
